David and Claire Lottman
David and Claire Lottman are the proud parents of three amazing and talented boys, Derek, Dylan, and Jacob. David and Claire met in Tallahassee when they were both attending undergraduate college. After Claire completed her BS in Psychology from Florida State University, they decided to move to Orlando in order for Claire to pursue her dream in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology Master’s program.
On the other hand, David completed his BS in Business Administration and then completed his Masters in Finance and Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management. After nine (9) years of working in separate fields but always supporting each other, they decided to open Camen Behavioral Services in 2015. Camen Behavioral Services provided ABA services in the home, clinic, and community settings.
During the past several years, David and Claire have been able to observe many classroom styles and experiences for children and often felt something was amiss. When they decided to homeschool their own children for two years, they researched a variety of curriculum and educational philosophies. When they fell upon the Waldorf education model, something felt RIGHT. After experiencing the joy of education first hand by seeing their boys loving to learn and hearing parents of Camen Behavioral Services asking for alternative schooling options, the concept of a Performing Arts school using the Waldorf education model was born.
We hope for children to learn how to experiment, use expressions, and gain fundamental skillsets while learning to be creative and build character.
For family time, the Lottman’s enjoy singing, dancing to music, hiking, watching Marvel Comic movies, and learning about nature. The boys have their very own garden and love watching their father chomp down on hot jalapeños!
Olivia Davila
Hi, everyone! My name is Olivia Davila-Finch and I am SO excited to start this amazing school year! It’s going to be a blast!
I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2016. Soon after graduating, I became a Registered Behavior Technician and started doing ABA in-home. I fell in love instantly with the ABA approach and with working with my kiddos, and knew this was for me! My teaching journey started soon after, when I got a job as a teaching assistant, and later as a lead teacher for several years at Quest Kid’s Academy. I learned how to combine my knowledge of ABA concepts and education to best support my students and to make learning truly fun. I worked briefly as a home-school teacher during the COVID-19 pandemic, and then returned to the ABA world as an RBT working in a clinic setting. When I heard about CAPA, I felt like I had really found my place! I love mixing the worlds of ABA and education, and am thrilled to be teaching this year. In the past year, I have also gotten an ESE Teaching Certificate and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
When I’m not teaching, studying, or doing my own homework, I’m usually with my family and friends watching movies, going out to eat, or just making bad jokes, and I am perpetually covered in hair thanks to my two black cats. I am overjoyed to be back in an educational setting here at Camen, and to help our kids reach their true potential. I’m SO excited to start out this school year!
Tiffany Borbolla
Hello everyone! My name is Ms. Borbolla, but my students know me as Ms. Tiffany, and I am one of the K-2nd teachers.
I’ve been part of the Camen Academy and Behavioral family for almost three years since relocating from NYC. I have three children and three fur babies. My background is in ABA as a RBT, and I’m working towards my master’s degree in Elementary Education. I discovered my passion for teaching and working with children through my work as a trauma-informed Victim Advocate in New York City. That role prepared me to support the growing minds and needs of children despite challenging circumstances.
Children have a light. When it is protected, magic happens. My classroom is a safe space where they can learn, explore, and shine. Our classroom family is something I’m proud of, and I’m looking forward to creating a new one this school year. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with family in the sun and waterparks!
Britanny Brown
Hello, my name is Brittany Brown. Feel free to call me Ms. Brittany or Ms. Brown. I’m very excited to start the 2024-2025 school year at Camen Academy! This will be my first year teaching; however, I’ve worked in education and special education as a paraprofessional for nine years. During this time, I developed a better understanding of working with neurodiverse children, learned to document and manage behaviors, and picked up some ASL. While working, I was also a full-time college student. I earned my B.S. in Human Development with a concentration in Psychology from SUNY Empire State College and an M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology from SNHU. I’m from New York State and recently moved to the Sunshine State. When I’m not working, you can find me hiking, reading poetry, traveling, shopping for home decor, or furthering my education. I’m looking forward to a fun-filled school year!

Following this experience, I joined the Camen Academy team as a Teaching Assistant for the 2023-2024 academic year. I’ve specialized in working with neurodiverse children for over ten years. My journey started while studying at the University of Central Florida. I was given a remarkable opportunity to work with children with Cerebral Palsy, which left a profound impression on me. Later, I earned a Master’s in Developmental Disabilities from NOVA Southeastern University, focusing my research on educational support for children with autism. In addition to providing educational support to my students, I am passionate about integrating mindfulness into the classroom. I have seen firsthand how beneficial it is for our students to manage new challenges and experiences.

Hello! My name is Génesis Pagán Del Valle, known by everyone as Ms. Gene, and I am one of the teachers in the Intensive Programming and Academic Development classroom.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Universidad Central de Bayamón, and shortly after began my teaching experience as a High School E.L.A teacher. This is where I discovered my passion for working with students, especially with those who need additional one-on-one support. Then, I accepted a Teaching Assistant position at Camen Academy, where I had the opportunity to be a part of a nurturing and supportive learning environment for these students. One of my favorite things is to experience the joy and enthusiasm these students bring to the classroom.

Here, I have served in various roles including Teaching Assistant, STEM/Art Teacher, and now Lead Teacher. I’m deeply committed to my students’ progress, incorporating compassion into everything I teach. I strive to ensure every student has an equal opportunity to grow and develop their minds, regardless of their circumstances.

I also sang with the Broward Select Choir for about eight consecutive seasons. My years of choral experience led me to become the Choir Director at Summit-Questa Montessori School for three years. In 2020, I decided to start fresh and move to Orlando, and Camen Academy gave me the opportunity to be involved in the Performing Arts program. I’ve immersed myself in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), learning from the brilliant minds at CAPA and falling in love with the science and, most importantly, the students. I’m beyond excited to spend another school year being creative and making magic with our wonderful students!
Bee Mendoza
Hello! My name is Ms. Bee Mendoza, but I’m known by students and staff as Ms. Bee. I am one of the 3rd-5th grade teachers at Camen Academy for the Performing Arts.
My journey in education began as a painting instructor and teaching assistant—experiences that ignited my passion for guiding children through their growth. My love for education led me to specialize in special education, where I embrace each day as an opportunity to learn from and connect with my students on a personal level. It also motivated me to complete my Registered Behavior Technician training, which has helped me develop ABA-inspired classroom techniques. I firmly believe in every child’s unique potential and strive to nurture their individual gifts.
Beyond the classroom, I indulge in painting, meditation, and gardening, always seeking new challenges. I eagerly anticipate the lessons and discoveries that await us this year.
